I received the reizen talking atomic watch for a Christmas gift. I have only
worn it a few times. Karen noticed that the hands were out of sync with the
digital time the hands are about 25 minutes slow. I tried everything to get
them back in sync. We called the place from where it was purchased with no
help. I would like to remove and reinstall the battery so the computer is
reset. The instructions state that if the back is removed the warranty is
void. There are two small holes in the back behind the 12 and 6 on the clock
face. Does anyone have this watch and any suggestions on how to get
everything back in sync.
I did a search for reizen and found reizen usa com but my security will not
let me go to that page. It states that something on the site can harm my
computer. The only phone number is for the place from which it was
purchased. I really don't want to ship it back for repair if it can be reset
here.
