Hello Everyone, Well I got some more facts. It turns out the contractor sent out someone and he really did an excellent job of clean up. It was he who was using the razor blade and got up every single tiny spec of hardened grout and no damage whatever remains to the surface of the tub. I myself am still concerned about what may remain in the pipes. My friend however is satisfied. Still, I have never heard of such sloppy workmanship. It takes the cake. Rita
