Don't presently know if you can buy old stile switches like that but I have one here in this old house which has two push buttons, one for on and one for off. I moved it when I replace a three way switch but couldn't throw it away so I installed it for the light in the closet of my daughters room. It is the only one of it's kind I have ever seen.

If you are old enough you will remember ssome of the first light switches were of a push button variety . he says some of them have one button which appeared to one time be white in cholor . a soft touch turns the lights on or off. and the other kind was more like a dial turning left or right. to turn the lights or power on and off. is there a place where one can buy these still or can these old switch's be rebuilt? thanks.Lee -- In Tulsa, Oklahoma, it is against the law to open a soda bottle without the supervision of a licensed engineer. .
