Aloha Claudia,
Like Clifford said there are many kinds, but I have one that I use a 
pump to fill it and then there is a large plug that you open at the 
bottom and all the air comes flying out.

I bet you can hardly wait until your son is big enough to read things 
like instruction manuals, grin. My daughter thought she was 
miss-marvelous when she could read pretty darned good at the age of 
four. What she didn't know is that her mom started reading to her 
before she was born and never stopped until she could read herself.
