I don't relish having to deal with that knucklehead. But i did look at the event site today. When the pole was bent, (I'm sure you see this coming) it became an ovoid, then sort of football (american football) shaped in order to bend like a straw. That jammed both sides, now pointy into the walls of theaccetping pipe, which is flush to the ground. No nad tools gonna do that. So I would have to bust up around it, dig out, andwrench it from the ground. grrr
