Thanks, Dan when I became concerned was the other night when it was not lit. Toga, my guide dog wanted to play and knocked the table over. Lenny, I think you are being a bit over vigilant with the candle issue. Find a reasonably stable spot for it and you are an intelligent guy and can probably remember where you put it. However, I have heard about systems that heat a wax tart to melting point. So, instead of a flame, it is like a mini crock pot that melts the wax. Of course, you can knock that over as well and spill hot wax everywhere. If you want more information about that, Lynda Hermann on the blind like me list sells these. I have a citronella lantern. It is a rectangular box that you slip a citronella tab into, looks almost like cardboard, and you light it. It smolders slowly.
