I suppose it would depend somewhat on what you are threading and how much, but honestly I just grab the oil can a squirt some on the pipe and into the die and add as needed. Is there an alternative to thread cutting oil that can be used for thread cutting? I know you can get thread cutting oil, but it can be somewhat expensive, especially if you go with the Rigid brand. There's a couple stores that sell thread cutting oil in my area, but they are not located close by. However, Heb and an auto parts store are within walking distance, so was hoping to find something I could get from one of those places. Thanks for any info.
