I really like my Tissot Silent T.  Basically it doesn't open, but has
braille graduations around the rim.  I run my finger around the
crystal, and it vibrates when I get to the hands.  Too bad Tissot
discontinued it.  I know that I really like this watch because it's so
durable.  I don't like braille watches as much because the oils get
inside and also it's likely that you might knock the hands a bit.  My
Tissot keeps very accurate time because I'm not touching the moving
parts + I don't have to annoy people in a meeting.  It still can be
gotten on some web pages (I think).
