Jewel, I do nothing that most people on this list can and could do if encouraged. I have lost over 99 per cent of my vision at my last checkup. I know a gentleman that is just as blind as I and he does nothing. Everyone around him tells him to stay out of the way, watch yourself so you don't get hurt, and the list goes on. The poor guy is afraid to try anything because they constantly tell him he can't or shouldn't and should know better than to try. What a waste of a life. His stepson said I seem to do stuff and get around compared to his stepfather. I hit him with "no one is telling me I can't try things ." That made him quiet. .................bob
