Hi All,

I received my steam mop today, and it just so happened, my mom was here,
when it arrived, so she was able to show me how to use it!
It's very easy to assemble, comes with two microfiber pads and one pad used
to clean carpets and upholstery. The mop looks like one of those little
vacuums that collect the dirt in a container, on the back of the handle.
There is a bottle that gets filled and placed back onto the handle!
Once turned on, the unit has to run for approximately 30 seconds, before
it's ready to use; the water is being heated up. It uses steam to clean the
floors!
It does a good job on our laminate floors; it picked up stains that we
weren't able to get with our traditional mop!
I haven't yet tried it on our sofas, but I intend to do that tomorrow!
It's very quiet, barely making any noise at all, and it has a low profile,
so you can get under some things that you would otherwise have to move!
It's very light weight, and the floors dry quickly!

So far, I love it; the only down side I've seen so far is that the floor
still feels a little gritty after being mopped, but this seems to be a
recurrent theme, with any mop I use!
It still looks clean, though, from what my mom tells us!
