probably not, but that is the goal. i am going to kind of cheat though. I will hire contractors for finishing the drywall, plumbing, and tiling. I am also going to use 12 foot sheets of drywall, so that should go faster hanging it. Less seems should mean that it won't take the drywall finisher as long to do his, or her, job. And if I go with the Icynene foam insulation, that will be done by a pro as well, but not sure the extra $1,000.00 over fiberglass will be worth it. I hate hanging doors. I have had the fiber board frames brake on me when hanging them, and that does not make me very happy. Of course people can't seem to get stuff figured out, so we have not even closed on the house yet. Michael
