There are various qualities and properties depending on the manufacturer. Not all are acceptable in all locations depending on building codes and such but the better manufacturers can help you get building permits and work with building inspectors and codes.
Your foundation has to be very precise or the parts don't fit. There are other considerations about how they make the wall panels seal to the roof, different systems but I don't know much about the various standards. Anyone have any ideas on how much you can expect to pay for those? Btw sip stands for structural insulated panel. Also, how strong are they? Any other information I should know pro or con? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Shane [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
