Just curious Joy. was the door knob on your old door knowb more of a oval shape?. Now an other thought is to get someone to take a couple of pictures of a similar door knob you still have left and maybe a side shot of as if you were looking at your door front the edge and then put that pic out to friends who travel around like to as suggested antique shops or possible a yard that might have such old pieces. one last question is do you know the thickness of your old door ? thanks.
