You can have some locks keyed to work with one key, but not sure if  
they have to be the same brand/type of lock or what.  I bought one  
brand of locks for my house and had them all keyed at the hardware  
store since there was a good sort who knew how to adjust the pins to  
make this happen.  Now we have one key that fits all the locks accept  
for the storm doors, which lock is just so completely different, you  
can't use the same key, they physically are very different.
So, probably can be done, but there are some limitations.
