You can't even talk to them over the phone anymore.  You have to request 
everything via e-mail.  I hate when companies do that.

  My Muvo T100 just split down the middle; it opens up, and the chip and on & 
  off switches are exposed.
  It stil works, if I hold it together; I love this thing, so I'll probably 
  tape it shut.
