Hmm, this sounds pretty interesting, but I guess it is probably more useful in hotter climates. I'm just thinking that it could reduce cooling bills but consequently increase your winter heating bills since you wouldn't be getting the advantage of solar heating. Although, cooling is usually more expensive than heating, and the fact that this stuff is supposed to last so long is also a savings.
