Well our trip to the candy store is canceled they have a winter storm watch in the area. Next week there is some warm weather forecasted. Anyway when I get up there I will talk to them about the drill press modification that I want to make. I don't see any problem except that the part that tightens to hold the table appears to be cast iron. I would not want to crack it when tightening. The few more days gives me time to search the web site to see what else might follow me home.
