Well, my machinist friend came over with his tools and did not need them. When I showed him what my problem was he thought that the bolt with the wooden handle could be tightened more. I told him that I did not have the strength in my hands to do it. When he tried he could not get hand tightened enough. He took one of my deep sockets and a breaking bar and used the longer leverage to tighten the table. There is now no problem with it. He suggested that I get about a 8 inch piece of pipe with at least a 5/8 inside diameter.
