Buy a model that don't use oil. You can have someone help mark the dipstick at the correct level, then attempt to feel with your fingers the oil on the dipstick. don't work all that well for me though. or Use a piece of tubing, and blow through one end of the tube as you slowly lower it in to the oil, and when you start to blow oil bubbles, check your mark, You will need to setup a mark on the tube with something on the compressor for the right oil level.
