Well a lot of the details will still need to be worked out as we only just created the room in the last hour and Ray doesn't even know yet. The room is stable so folks will be able to come and go as they wish. So far as any kind of scheduling is concerned and I'm sure there will be some of that you will know when I know. We have an events coordinator who is very persistent in such matters so if there is to be an event to come out of it I know she'll put something together.
