First of all, they sent me the phone modem slash Y-5 about 10 days before they activated the phone line coming to my home. Then I had to call tech support because there were no real directions to hook it up. Once I found out it had to be hard wired, I was told to start internet explore and I had to go through a deregistration procedure. Once that was done, getting a wireless connection wasn't to hard, but still a pain in the ass to do when your sighted assistance is computer illiterate.
