It's a great list! But here's a small criticism.
Some messages are rejected by the moderators and not forwarded to the entire group for various reasons. It would be considerate if the senders of rejected messages were sent a brief reply indicating that their message was rejected. Then they wouldn't wonder why their message hasn't been posted. If the moderators are too busy, a laconic message such as, "Your message to the group was rejected by the moderators," would be much better than a moderator simply deleting the inappropriate message.
