Hello Betsy, I thought of putting one of those alarms that have a pull pin but decided against it. Once I'm in bed, I wouldn't want to get up and turn it off. With a 300 watt light being turned on by a motion detector or heat sensor and lighting that area like it was day time I think it would scare the hell out of a thief. Aloha Brice, How about putting some sort of an alarm on it so if the can is moved it will squeal. Now that aluminum cans are worth money, I suspect that people wander around looking for them.
