Wrap the cane handle in that sort of terrycloth like sticky bandage. They use
it on people and animals...so, why not a cane handle...comes in several
colors...don't know the official name.

Would it be possible to replace the black with a white? Sounds like a
cheap grip. The only other thing I can think of is to wear a glove.
