I don't actually remember where I got it last time, probably target or Home Depot. Yeah, they are pretty easy to pick, just pull a bit of tension on the loop and start flipping levers. They keep out the lazy thieves. If someone is that intent on getting in though, I doubt a basic lock will do much for you anyway.
