I did manage to find a users manual, but of
course there is no mention of how to solve your
issue. However, perhaps if you call:
* 866-674-3549 they can help you. They are in Arizona.
* I have the user manual in a txt or pdf file
that is quite readable with Acrobat, so if you
want it, I can send it off list.
* I wonder if because it has four alarms,
perhaps it only works with the 24 hour time.
