Hey Dale, Good to be back.
My eldest daughter has been on my case for several years to move back to Colorado so her Daddy would be close by. (LOLLOLLOL) She is, by the way, nearly 50. I live in Centennial, a suburb of Denver and our house is just about 8 houses down from where I used to live. The house next door to Sherri came available so she and I worked out a deal to purchase it. The house was a rental for about 30 or so years so we have been doing various things to make it "safe". My son-in-law is a cavinet builder and my grandson is an electrician so that was a *BIG* help. One reason for moving was to help Sherri raise her grandchildren and also to provide another driver. (not me - LOL - my wife, Crystal) I do like Colorado especially in the summer. The humidity was something like 14% this morning and the heat does not hurt nearly as bad as Oklahoma where the humidity and temps in the summer are about equal. Do take care and remember that busy hands are happy hands.
