Specificationhttps://drafts.csswg.org/css-overflow/#overflow-clip-margin

Summary

overflow-clip-margin specifies how far an element's content is allowed to
paint before being clipped. This feature allows using visual-box
<https://drafts.csswg.org/css-box-4/#typedef-visual-box> values to
configure the reference box that defines the overflow clip edge the content
is clipped to.

Open questions about a feature may be a source of future web compat or
interop issues. Please list open issues (e.g. links to known github issues
in the project for the feature specification) whose resolution may
introduce web compat/interop risk (e.g., changing to naming or structure of
the API in a non-backward-compatible way).
