iCloud Keychain and Safari support the PRF extension in iOS 18 / macOS 15.
Chromium has supported it for a while now, for both security keys and over
hybrid. Google Password Manager also supports it for its passkeys when
running Chrome.

If you're not seeing it, please specify the authenticator used. It's true
that Windows Hello and the macOS profile authenticator don't support it,
but broader support in common authenticators is coming quickly.
