When you add a click handler to get the highlights from a given point and 
interact with the highlight, how can you tell whether the returned 
highlight is topmost and should be handled? E.g. how can you tell that 
there's not a dialog element or some other absolute positioned element 
painted overtop of the highlight (and highlighted content)?
