Hi all,

WebKit have resolved their standard position with "support", so I've gone ahead
and merged https://github.com/WICG/webcrypto-modern-algos/pull/67 (adding
Hybrid KEMs) into the Modern Algorithms in Web Crypto draft.

Once there is widespread support, algorithms can in turn be merged from the
WICG draft into the Web Crypto spec "proper".

Best,
Daniel
