Just to check, is this feature intended to ship on WebView?

I see that this feature is now web-exposed on WebView, as per
https://crrev.com/c/8486546

However, the ChromeStatus entry does not indicate any plans for Android
WebView (or Android Chrome), and there is this slightly ambiguous statement
in the I2S:

> *Will this feature be supported on all six Blink platforms (Windows, Mac,
Linux, ChromeOS, Android, and Android WebView)?*
> Yes
> Supported on desktop platforms.
