I want to set up an enviorment to develop Blink on Windows 10 to modify code
and add new features, but when I try, I have some troubles.
My problem is I can`t install the package 'application' and I try to install
with pip or with files downloaded from pypi.org, but doesn't work any way.
Fail when pip try to download and install package dependencies, exacly the
package mysqlclient. I attach a file with the output of the command
