Braille is available during installation and speech with (e)speakup.
After installation you have speech on the console using (e)speakup,
fenrir or
speechd-up, orca in graphical environments, braille everywhere.
You keep speech and Braille switching back and forth between console and
graphical, the a11y stack is always kept up to date.
For a virtual machine, I recommend Qemu, which has the best sound
support. We
can help you set up Qemu if we know on which host you'll install the VM.

Hello, what kind of screen reading, or braille access can be used with this
distribution? If it uses a screen reader, is this speak up or something else?
If it's graphical I'm going to assume that it is orca? Does anybody have any
thoughts, thank you and it Vance more idiot base on how to try this
distribution in a virtual machine.

I can’t get it to speak in VMware fusion for some reason.
Not sure if there is some security setting on the Mac that might block
