Wanted to share the details before posting any links.
The goal is to ask for eloquence to be made an open source tts engine.
Given how popular the voice is for many, this would perhaps allow Linux to
address some aspects of the speech quality problem some find with some
distributions.
One can search for the petition, its at change.org, or I can provide a link,
which does not really work in strict low graphics.
