A). John explained the revised text in his draft.
1. Added text with regards to solving UA<>Proxy configuration is to
use some provisioning mech.(REGISTER+some info, config-fw etc.)
2. Added text explaining the needs to define some recommendation on
the status code used in the context of ACH.
3. Added text explaining the needs to define the scope of 6xx, whether
it be in scope within ACH realm, or in general.
