There's something about this proposal that I don't understand. The proposal seems to be "Use HTTP PUT to set/clear the call forwarding indicator." Not having been involved in ACH, I'm not certain, but I expect that this proposal has been put forth before. Is there something that is gained by explaining at length that it is an example of the REST methodology?
