On a tangentially related note... if anyone is looking for an implementation to test against, the 'trunk' version of Asterisk (http://svn.asterisk.org/svn/asterisk/trunk) now implements draft-ietf-bliss-call-completion-05. We will try to keep that implementation up to date with future drafts as they appear.
