Hi, I thought some people might be interested in this: I visited the UK recently, and it turns out Virgin Media, one of the bigger ISPs, ship NAT boxes that drop all packets marked as ECN capable. At least I couldn't make any outgoing connections from my Linux laptop until I turned off ECN. :-/
