I get the advertised 30mbit down / 5mbit up.  This is doing one test at a time. 
 Obviously because of induced latency / bufferbloat - I can tell if my wife is 
uploading a bunch of pictures somewhere (my ssh sessions get very choppy).  But 
my vanilla speeds are exactly what I would expect.
