And I was sorry to have missed the SIXTH anniversary of fq_codel on Monday, 14
May 2018.
I have always been aware that engineering projects have inertia, but it's
fascinating to see how that inertia plays out in the real world, even when the
technology has such a potential to benefit everyone.
