I'd love to if I knew how to add cake to CentOS 7. I've installed kernel modules for unsupported Ethernet interfaces before, so perhaps cake is available that way from a 3rd party repo? Or I could adapt a 3rd party driver RPM's source to add cake, instead. I really don't want to do a full custom kernel, though. That's hard to maintain over time as there's a new kernel in the updates every month or two. Some hints on how to add a qdisc to a kernel would be welcome.
