My point is hetzner is a hoster, not an ISP, let alone a leading ISP... now I consider numbers from hosters quite interesting, but I do have reservations if a study paints with too broad a brush. I will be careful to interpret any other data in there (in spite of liking the carefully statistical representations and tests, but if the inputs are garbage...
