#103: Available reports page displays the sort by controls incorrectly in Chrome

The attached screenshot shows that the first report's edit and delete
buttons are moved to the left by the Title label which should be in line
with the Identifier label above it. (I have also highlighted the area by
inspecting the containing element to give some more information)
This appears to display properly in Firefox whilst failing here in Chrome.
