Currently we provide simple configuration without setting things like
{{{[notification]} section, or the {{{base_url}}} in the {{{[trac]}}}
section that appear to be essential to setting up the email verification.
This should be documented better for early releases and configuration
outside of the trac.ini might be appreciated by users.
#116 is raised to look at documentation.
I think this is probably enough to close this ticket.
