#171: Improve look and feel of changeset events

When repository is configured it happens in [Acronym:VCS] events
contributed to the timeline that span elements used to display tags,
branches and other quick jump entries related to the changeset are so
close that they don't wrap to the next line , hence timeline widget looks
bad . Spaces should be inserted between them .
