r1379017 second attempt at ignoring the bmml files
r1379020 appends the license for trac to the LICENSE file
r1379021 appends the license for Bootstrap to the LICENSE file
It would be good to be able to separate Bootstrap into its own
subdirectory which would make this a little easier to describe and would
help with upgrading.
r1379030 appends the license for JQuery to the LICENSE file
r1379032 specifying the license used by Bootstrap and other tweaks for
consistency
