Some templates distributed by [http://trac-
hacks.org/wiki/AccountManagerPlugin AccountManagerPlugin] have been
converted to ''Bootstrap'' styling . Work in this direction is at ...
about ... let's say 50% . All patches on top of the ones submitted for #53
and have been tested by applying them against theme plugin @ r1381145 in
the following order .

There's something I need to mention and it's that I changed value of
`i18n:domain` attribute in all templates from `acct_mgr` to `bloodhound` .
Nonetheless I'm not very sure about whether this is a good idea or not .
BTW we should be doing something similar in our templates as well in the
future .
