I have attached two patches for theme plugin built against r1419753 . They
should be applied in the following order

The first one introduces ''Full dialogue'' link and selection input box
for priority field .
The second one is a bit more heavy and consist of a suggestion for editing
description in there . Fact is that there's no space in target drop down
menu , and description text area consumes a lot of space . Hence I've
added [http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/components.html#navs nav pills]
to switch back and forth between edit fields form and description text
area. A functional wiki toolbar is added on top of the later as usual .
I'm forwarding this ticket to jdreimann in first place so as to determine
if this is correct from a UI/UX perspective . Everybody feel free to
express their own opinions of course .
