To reproduce, add the following as the first line of WikiStart:
`[[PageOutline(2-5,Contents,pullout)]]`.
[[Image(OneFirstLine.png,100%)]]
The div floats all the way to the right if added to the second line
though:
[[Image(OnSecondLine.png,100%)]]
